3. SERVICES

-Warranty Policy & Service

All products shall be covered by Rosen's standard product warranty and then the warranty can be in effect. "Rosen" warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials, workmanship and packing, effective from the date of proforma invoice.

If there is any product proved to be defective in material, workmanship or packing, it will be replaced without charge during the limited warranty period in terms of returning inferior goods back to "Rosen".

-Terms of Sale

1. Shipments can be made in any China port based on FOB price, mainly including Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port, or can be based on CIF, CFR or CNF price in any port in the world as long as shipping lines can reach there.

2. Orders can be on LCL cargo basis or FCL basis, and our suggestion to customers is "trying to buy at least one 20ft container for mixed items, in that case order will be safer and easier to handle".

3. Minimum order quantity for one item is 20 cartons, with per item value of USD 800 or so.
