The factory covering 3,500 square meter, has 300 workers, including 50 professional technicians, 8 designer and 12 QC who strictly control the product's quality of every link in the production line to ensure the high quality of products. And its production capacity is 60,000 pieces per month.
With advanced manufacturing technique, a brand-new set of garments-making equipment, fine workmanship and a perfect scientific management system, Jmz garment has formed an operation mode characterized by diversified styles, high quality, sufficient supply and timely delivery.
After over 17 years of development, our factory has scored great achievements in making and processing kitted and woven garments. ADVANTAGES
1. Printing factory: German Speed-line Automatic Textile Printing Machine with twelve colors which can produce most printing types, including water base print, discharge print, plastisol print, thermoset oil print, foil print, allover print, tie dye, crush, paint+beading, transfer, table print, flocking, non-toxic ink print, screen print, puff print etc with the production printing capacity of 6000-7000 units per day. All prints made by using environmental and high quality materials.
2. Fabric Mill: All our affiliated Fabric Mill are adopting high-technology weaving machinery from Japan and Germany which can produce high quality fabric including jacquard, pique, yarn-dyed, rib, fleece and jersey etc. Fabric can be supplied acording to customers' requirements, passing Reach test (PH, Cadmium content, free of phthalates, non-toxic ink).
3. Dye-works: All our contracted Dye-works have high and low temperature dye machines, all of which are using German stabilizing machines that can control the shrinkage within 5% and produce high color fastness of water. Perspiration and attribution.
4. Embroidery: We possess EIGHTEEN Japanese Tajima computer-controlled automatic embroidery machines with eighteen heads and twelve colours per head in our embroidery factory.
5. Sewing Machines: We have new Japanese Brother sewing machines and skillful, experienced staff.
