Brief History

At the age of 18, equipped with his knowledge and skills he acquired from his previous employer, Mr. Quintin Alcantara, along with his business partner Mr. Fermin Delos Reyes, started their business under the name of HEADS in Calamba, Laguna way back in 1978. During that time, they only had 5 sewing machines and they specialized in making Maong Jeans Pants.

Soon the company grew, but this time it was managed solo by Mr. Quintin Alcantara. The company was then renamed HUSH GARMENT. He established the company in a medium space in Calamba, Laguna.

Besides the companys walk-in customers, they focused in the supply of various uniforms in different industries, local government and private agencies. They also began to hire number of sewers and acquired additional sewing machines to accommodate large quantity of orders. Their clients began to grow as well because of the referrals and endorsements they received from Mr. Alcantaras circle of friends and loyal customers. He then decided to transfer the location from a rented space to his residence in Brgy. Mayapa, Calamba City.

In 2006, the company was officially renamed as HUSH QUINTIN TAILORING, where it is now being managed and supervised by Mr. Quintin Alcantara together with his wife, Mrs. Lolita Alcantara. They were able to help a lot by providing employment opportunities in the neighborhood. They again acquired additional and special machines for meticulous projects.
