We work for a supplier and, if needed, we have several excellent associate suppliers for quite large contracts.

To start the flow of paperwork, may we have your quantity needed, what country, payment mode, and soft target price? We will follow with a soft offer from the supplier that I think you will be quite pleased with.

When the price is agreed upon, we will need an authorization for a soft bank probe or a Bank Comfort Letter on bank letterhead from the buyer. The supplier will issue his Full Corporate Offer and draft contract to put the deal in motion.
