VR Wood Products has established itself as a premier manufacturing company for specialized rubber wood products over the years. Our main product is rubber wood pallets which strong, reliable and long lasting. Since last three years we are making our presents felt all over India. The company is keeping a very good & healthy relationship with our customers since. VR Wood Products is a registered Partnership firm under District Industrial Center Pathanamthitta district in Kerala. We also manufacture kinds of wooden packing material according to the requirement of the customer and our in-house well experienced quality team will make sure that our customer is satisfied. Our production team had more than 15 experience in this field and is able to maintain continues production.
Facilities and capacity: The company has over 2000 sq. m as its own land and has over 30 skilled workers. We have four main cutting machine, and many machines which go up to 35 metric tons wood cutting capacity in a day. We could normally make more than 300 pieces of normal size pallets in a day. In amonth more than 20 days of production is assured. . And have the capacity to produce pallets in different size and shape according to the customer requirement. We supply treated, dried / smoked and normal pallets of high quality. If the situation demands we can raise the out put significantly.
In addition to the above we can manufacture kinds of wood based packing materials. For example cable reels. We have enough multipurpose machineries and required skill for the purpose
With our current facilities we can deliver products in few days for a new solid order.
The raw material availability is almost assured since the location is ideally in the central Kerala where rubber wood is abundant.
The product can be delivered by trucks or train to the addressee on payment agreement.
The prize can be negotiated according to the exact requirement of the customer.
On an average it comes to Rs. 200 per cubic feet.
