Introduce:

Incorporated in the year 2008, Starlit E Recyclers Private Ltd. (SeRPL), is the flagship company of Starlit Group. Its primary focus areas are manufacturing, trade, import & export of Lead based products such as Refined Lead with minimum 99.8 % purity, Lead Alloys with Calcium, antimony, Selenium, Tin etc and Lead Oxides such as Grey Oxide and Red lead. The annual production capacity of the plant is 12,000MT. SeRPL also recycles old lead acid batteries, lead scrap in environmentally sound manner using most accepted technology worldwide. The plant is equipped with modern machinery and state-of-the-art Pollution Control equipment. The plant has an in-house testing laboratory with Spectrometer of Spectrolab make (LAB M-10). SeRPL is committed to offering cost efficient and quality products to service the needs of Battery and secondary power industry.

PRODUCTS
The Standard Products are:
Refined Lead or Pure Lead (99.98 %)
The refining process adopted produces Refined Lead Ingots with a minimum purity level of 99.975 % by weight but achieves purity level of 99.98% in most cases.
Lead Sub-Oxide or Grey Oxide Powder
Lead Sub-Oxide (2PbO.Pb) commercially known as Grey Oxide is manufactured
through Ball Mill Process using refined lead with minimum purity level of 99.97 %.

1. All products are produced adhering to the highest standards of precision and following the highest norms of safety.
2. SeRPL has the wherewithal to produce customized Lead Alloys as may be required for specialized applications.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
In order to meet customer requirements, we carry out the following quality checks at different stages of production in accordance with Total Quality & Safety Management Program.
RAW MATERIAL (RM) TESTING
The material is procured from reliable and CPCB registered vendors who have been thoroughly audited technically & commercially by our team. The inward material is tested for undesirable impurities through spectrometer. We have in-house optical emission spectrometer of SPECTROLAB make Model LAB M-10. Further, we use BOC supplied high purity (99.999 %) argon gas.
FINAL PRODUCT (FP) TESTING
The final products are Lead Alloy such as lead antimony, lead selenium and lead Calciu
