banks exposure with multinational corporate clients
in various sectors of activities: in the export of
garments and shrimps; in the manufacture of
pharmaceuticals; food products; in the processing of
crude soybean oil; in ship scrapping of oil tankers
and merchant vessels; in the construction of
real-estate, plant and factories; and in the
manufacture of industrial and household goods.

Reviewed propositions for consortium finance whereby
I have been the banks correspondent in loan
syndication with other banks in the activities of
textile, cement, fertiliser, and steel. Conducted
Loan Syndications through counter-party trade in the
European and North American market. Drafted major
loan documentation in relationship with the banks
local and overseas legal advisors.
