We are Energya Plastics Co. as one of the leading PVC Compound producer in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Is An ISO 9001: 2000 certified companies started in the year 1993 with manufacturing of compounding of PVC, Color PVC Master batches.

The Company has set internationally high standards and guidelines for meeting quality parameters. Stringent quality control and functional tests are conducted to ensure that the product meets the customer specification. The company has a highly qualified team of capable Industry professionals and state of art machinery. The manufacturing facility ranks among one of the most advanced plants in the Country, newly started an new plant with totally new technology by twin-screw machine supported with new Stringent quality control to produce XLPE Compounds, & HFFR Compounds. we need to inform you that we have now equipped to produce the below materials:
o PVC Compounds:
We manufacture our range of PVC compounds for Wires & Cables in accordance to the International standards, newly started an new plant with totally new technology by twin-screw machine supported with new Stringent quality control.
We are the manufacturer of PVC Compounds. Our compounds is combined with a number of additives to vary properties to suit different end-use applications.
o XLPE Compounds:
Silane grafted, Sioplas for LV Cables and Overhead Lines.
o HFFR/LSHF Compounds:
Thermoplastic for W&C Insulation/Sheathing/Bedding applications.
Thermosetting for W&C Insulation application.
o PVC Master Batch:
is a concentrated mixture of pigments and/or additives encapsulated during a heat process into a carrier resin which is then cooled and cut into a granular shape. Masterbatch allows the processor to color raw polymer economically during the Electrical Wires & Cables manufacturing process.
We started our new production lines since Dec 2010, now our materials approved from many customers.
