Production of machines, devices, vessels and steel manufacturing constructions.

We manufacture devices and equipment for the chemical, food industry, paper manufacture. We produce pressure and non-pressure vessels, heat-exchangers. Our services are performed along individual projects of the clients.

Facturing, metals treatment and metal mechanical properties improvement technologies

We manufacture spare parts based on elements delivered by our customers or provided by them technical documentation. Depending on our customers needs the technologists of ELANA PET prepare technical documentation of manufactured parts.

Within the metals treatment we offer: machining (on universal/CNC/carrousel lathes, on bores, on universal/CNC milling machines, on milling machines for shafts/ flat surfaces and carrousel grinding machines), welding and regeneration works (gas/plasma cutting, welding of shafts and holes), hardening and ion nitriding (heat treatment furnaces, ion nitriding), dynamic balancing.

As the contemporary world becomes more and more mobile, we have specialized in relocation of machines, assembly lines and plants. Our comprehensive services include disassembling, transferring, assembling and setting the machines in motion. We have a broad experience in this area and it is proved by various successful projects completed in Poland, and internationally in France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Belarus and Iran.

Non-Destructive Testing Laboratory

Our highly qualified, certified personnel tests the machines, devices and welded constructions in order to eliminate production and operational defects. Moreover they check their technical condition such as visual, ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic field and penetration, durability and also perform metallographic testing.
