CUT&FOLD PROCESS
* Hot Cut:
A cutting method used for all polyester labels Cold Cut
A cutting method preferred mostly for print labels and thermo adhasive/self adhasive labels.
* Fuse Cut:
A cutting method used for bordered labels.
* Zig-Zag Cut:
A cutting method that gives the label a zig-zag shape on the sides.
Center Fold:
A folding method mostly used for size, flag, neck and wash care labels.
*End Fold:
A folding method mostly used for brand labels and neck labels.
*Mitre Fold:
A different folding method used for brand labels and neck labels.
*Laser Cut:
A special cutting method that gives whatever shape you can imagine to the label. It's used for badges, self adhasive/thermo adhasive labels, non woven backing labels, zip pullers and promotional items such as bookmarks. *Ultrasonic Cut:
It cuts the label as ribbons by musonic cut. The labels applied ultrasonic cut never irritate your skin. Especially preffered for underwears and baby clothes.
SELF ADHESIVE LABELS
You just peal the back of the label and stick on wherever you want. Mostly used for shoes industry.
THERMO ADHESIVE LABELS
You can stick the labels by heat transfer (Ironning) and it doesn't require to sew. Please contact us for more information on applying the iron on the label.
