Kinetics corporation ltd. Was founded in may 1986 by mr. Somchai uapipatanakul- the company's current managing director - with a vision of notional development founded on modern technology, in to with the times. Four principal business avenues were identified, namely:

1. Enviromental pollution monitoring and anylysis
2. Engineering and technology educational products
3. Industrial measurement and calibration instruments products
4. Research development and a manufacturing
