Coreland operated with a very flat management structure, which allows all company personnel to be hands-on, practical and single-minded about improving the bottom line performance. Launched in the 2010's, Coreland Mining has grown into one of Africa's most significant mining companies. From a contract miner, managing shafts and procuring for the large mining houses, the company graduated to ownership and development of its own mines.
