Mobisat IT Solution was set up in 2006, when the prominent U.A.E. consulting firm MHK Global decided to spin off its IT operations to form a separate company.
MHK has over 25 years experience in the implementation of world Class infrastructure projects in developing countries and transition economies, and Mobisat expertise in IT Integration orientation are built on that tradition.
Mobisat is an U.A.E. company in every sense of the word. Our main customers to date are the ETA Ascon / STAR Groups, Arabia Taxi, Freight International, Annapoorna Group, EmiChem, Impex, Euro Asia, CARS, CARS Taxi, Sharjah Transport Corporation, Ras Al Kaimah Transport Authority, Fast Limousine, Al Ghazal Transport, Emirates Taxi, Union Taxi , CITI Taxi, an expanding network dedicated to serving micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. Mobisat IT Solution holds 80% market share in the U.A.E. Market and have sold around 12,500 units of Digitax within a span of 4 years and with 8,400 units of Meters with order in pipeline. Today there are 200 GPS Tracking System operating successfully in as RAKTA, Aquarius, Al Hamra. The vast majorities of them are running the GPS software developed by Mobisat, and receive support on all IT related matters from Mobisat headquarters in Dubai.
