Hangzhou Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. is an industry and trading company, founded in 1972. Our company was a government company and originally belonged to Hangzhou Machinery Industry Bureau. Along with our country's economic reform, our company changed into a stock system company details as follows:
1972-1988: Management dep. of Hangzhou Machinery Industry Bureau;
1988-2001: Hangzhou Machinery Industry Supply & Marketing Company;
2001- : Hangzhou Machinery Industry Co., Ltd.

Our factory covers an area of over 200 thousand square meters, owns 250 million fixed assets, with more than 1,300 staff members and 118 engineering technicians, among which are one professor-level senior engineer and seven senior engineers.

Our main products are transmission gears (spur gears, bevel gears, helical gears, pump gears, gear-shafts, gearboxes), mechanical components, precision parts and castings, forging parts and machining parts. We have 9 series with over 200 varieties of products which are applied to industrial equipment, automobiles and agricultural machines. Our company also produces customized gears, shafts, mechanical components and precision parts.

There's a strong superiority in routine technology, such as in forging and pressing, machinery cutting and heat treatment. It keeps ahead in cold to push technology, cold roll, hot finish forge and special hot treatment. These enable our products occupy 35% in the same product range and hold a leading position in domestic market.

There are 8 workshops in our factory:
(1) Foundry workshop, which has the capacity of supplying grey cast iron and nodular cast iron over 3500 tons per year;
(2) Forging workshop has the capacity of forging 25 thousands tons of products, owns 15 sets of fricative presses in closed type and 35 sets of other forging & heating equipment
(3) Roughcast/Blanks workshop, possesses 50 sets of universal CNC lathes, 100 sets of general CNC lathes and about 500 sets of other metal-cutting equipment
(4) Tooth profile workshop has 350 sets of machines, such as 24 sets of YKX 3132M CNC high efficiency gear hobbing machines, 10 sets of YSL 5120 gear shaper machines, 12 sets of Y4232 CNC1 gear shaving machines and high efficiency gear hobbing machines
(5) Heat treatment workshop meets the demands of technology requirements for gas cementation, carbonitriding, gas nitrogenized, quenching, hardened and tempered as we have production lines for continuous normalizing furnaces, multi-purpose furnaces, vacuum heat treatment furnaces and double-path heat treatment as well as single-path heat treatment
(6) Surface treatment workshop deals with zincifying, chromeplating, plastic spraying and finish baking;
(7) Casing workshop owns 45 sets of equipment for casing and cast machining with the production
