Beyaz Kagit (White Paper) in Adana Haci Omer Sabanci Organized Industrial Area on 45. 000 m2 area in 30. 000 m2 closed area produces child pad, woman pad and detergent since 2005. There are a child pad facility having 10 million monthly production capacity and woman pad facility having 7 million 500 thousands monthly production capacity in White Paper. White Paper detergent factory includes powder detergent unit, liquid, gel unit, bleacher unit, cosmetic unit and sulfanation units. In addition, there are raw material storage, boiler room and water purification units in this facility.

Quality Control Laboratory

White paper considers importance of the r & d as main need of development and improvement as a philosophy. In this scope, it employs r & d personnel each of them are experts in their field and a comprehensive r & d laboratory. For on going development, performance efficiency increase, d & r studies are not executed only for good packaging process system development, they are also executed for purchasing, sales & marketing, human resources management, in all stages of our establishment.
Input controls of the raw materials and packaging materials coming to the factory are performed. Firt of all, specifications of inputs are determined by R & D. Analysis of the raw materials are performed according to the quality spects determined and then appropriate raw materials are accepted. The materials can not be accepted as appropriate according to the laboratory analysis and they are given back the supplier company. Analysis results of raw materials and packaging materials are recorded to the computer and the results are evaluated statically.
Analysis and control of each batch product is performed in accordance with quality plans and analysis specifications and they are compared with specifications determined by R & D. The products out of spect are applied required repairs and after the acceptance they aree given for filling. On filling lines, filling, weight and all other physical controls of products are performed according to quality standards determined and if a problem exists the quality contol inspector on the line intervenes and solves the problem.
The forwarding allowance of the packaged product is not given without completing laboratory analysis and last controls.
