Hi-Tech Engg. Corp. India Pvt. Ltd. is a Dynamic Engineering Organization in the field of Sugar Plants, Boilers & Co-Generation plants since last 15 years. An ISO 9001-2000 organization, we are recognized and registered as Manufactures of Sugar Industry Machineries.

Presently we are executing Turnkey Sugar Plants including Cane Mills, Boilers & Co-Generation with Turnkey Switchyard.

We have started a dedicated division focusing purely on existing boiler requirements in various industries. Below mentioned are few details of the boilers in our product range.

Product Range for Boilers includes:
Boilers up to a steam capacity of 250 TPH, 150 bar and 540 Deg.C. Radiant type, Single drum / Bi-drum, Natural Circulation, Water Tube Boilers with automatic control.
Our boilers are multi-fuel firing capability i.e. Bagasse, Bio-mass, Bagasse Pith, Woodchips, Cane trash, Groundnut Shells, Rice husk, Julie flora, Coconut Shells apart from Conventional fuel like, Coal, Lignite, Oil, Gas etc.
Waste Heat Recovery Boilers for Sponge Iron Plants, Coke Oven Plants, Steel plants and HRSGs for Gas turbine and Gas/ Diesel Engines.
Fire tube boilers and Water tube package boilers up to a capacity of 250 TPH.
We provide Traveling Grate, Dumping Grate, Spreader & Stoker fired boilers and Fluidized Bed Combustion Boilers.

Right now we are executing boilers for various projects up to a capacity of 180 TPH/110 bar/ 540 C with Bagasse/Coal/Bio-gas firing systems. Our proud achievement is Baramati Agro Limited Plant; having 1500 TCD capacity and we have completed this Turnkey Sugar Plant in just Seven months.
