- - our main flour mill using the most recent technology for wheat milling. The mill was designed supplied by M/S Buhler Switzerland By PLC System with capacity of 900 m/tons per day & considered the biggest mill in Egypt.
- - To maintain safe and healthy products with excellent quality the company has a chemical laboratory equipped with the latest machines with high capabilities to control and monitor the quality and maintain it's stability.
- - The first company in milling industries to establish a high technology microbiological lab, for insuring that the raw wheat and the released flour are free of pathogenic bacteria, and insuring the sanitation and hygiene.
