ESCAR PROD is the only provider of snail meat products that can insure a constant supply of raw material to guaranty an annual production of up to 1000 tons of finished product. Through our network of snail producing farms, we are able to plan our processing plant output, well in advance, thus being able to fulfill all contractual agreements.
Escar Prod is the only provider of BIO snail meat at an industrial scale, that is certified organic at both processing level, as well, as at farm level. The certification body is none other than EcoCert International.
