Started under Sealand Food Products as a single proprietorship from 1979 to 2000 and incorporated to RS Sealand Food Corporation on June 21, 2000 under S. E. C. Reg. No. A200008453. It is engaged in marine product business and specializes in the processing of jellyfish.

The company is one of the pioneers in the processing and a major exporter of Jellyfish to Japan and Korea as its major markets. We also supply the needs of the major Chinese local restaurants.
