The concentration of oleocanthal and oleacein in Olea Sylvestris olive oil was the highest of the values of the samples of Greek olive oils (99 and 48 mg/Kg respectively) that were included in the study of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Faculty of Pharmacy Department of Pharmacognosy & Natural Products Chemistry on July 2012.
