Please send me the LOI on buyer's letterhead and a BCL from buyers bank ( no Iraqian bank).
We would prefer that you are the buyer and not a brocker. Deals through brockers are very difficult and I had never succes in the past. I had only a lot of working and correspondance but never a deal.
