The product can be in Bulk or in 50kg bags stacked on pallets
The product is certified under SABS, BIS & ALL International Standards.
If the Buyer is happy with our quote, he needs to supply all the following documents.
( 1) If you are happy to proceed, then your buyer would need to send a LOI (Letter of Intent) on the buyers letterhead, this must be a recent copy.
( 2) Also your buyer needs to send a BCL (Banking Capability Letter) on the banks letterhead, must be from a Top 25 World Bank.
( 3) A Full Corporate Offer will be issued (Pro-Forma invoice) from the Supplier (Our Company) .
( 4) The Full Corporate (Draft Contract) Offer must be signed by both parties (thus agreeing to all terms in the contract) .
( 5) Any documentation required such as SGS Letter of Credit and 2% PB opened at the same time as the shipping.
The Origin of the Cement is the Ukraine / Romania
As you can understand there a lot of nefarious enquiries & scam attempts revolving around the cement industry, nearly 85% of enquiries we receive are of this nature; so some of our mandated manufacturers (Star, Cementia, Lafarge, Global Cement Alliance & others) require that we have a LOI (Letter of Intent) on the buyers letterhead and a BCL (Bank Clearance Letter) on the banks letterhead, with the initial enquiry.
These docs will enable me to issue a Pro-Forma Invoice (covering all your details) including a draft contract.
