"Ninniku Ran-o" is a nutritional food which was traditionally handed down in the southern part of Japan. "Ninniku" is Japanese name for garlic, and "Ran-o" is for egg yolk.
It is considered that the history of "Ninniku Ran-o" started around 100 years ago.
