General Procedures and Requirements for Executing Trades:
ICC Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure and Working Agreement (NCND) , signed, sealed and currently dated by all parties including Buyer and Buyer Mandate (if any) , with complete disclosure and detailed contact information. All Buyer Mandates must submit credentials at time of contract for all SPOT and CONTRACT buys.
CONTRACTS
Buyer issues LOI, must be on Buyer's Letterhead, signed, sealed and with current date;
LOI-must provide complete and detailed contact information;
confirms Buyer interest in specific products, including required specifications and Buyer's
ability to provide irrevocable, assignable, transferable DOCUMENTARY letter-of-credit, RDLC
for CONTRACTS:
RDLC MUST BE drawn on any world-class Top 25 international bank (AWB) ;
SPOTS & CONTRACTS
Buyer and Seller exchange Procedures;
BUYER to follow with ICPO, approval for bank soft-probe, accompanied by BCL or RWA;
Upon receipt of DRAFT Documentary Letter-of-Credit (DLC) , SELLER to provide non-operative 2% Performance Bond (PB) (CONTRACTS ONLY) ;
Seller provides proof-of-product (POP) .
Buyer and Seller execute Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) ;
Funding by MT103 for SPOTS; RDLC for CONTRACTS;
Transfer of title to product.
