YUYAO SONGYUAN MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY BELTS CO., LTD. has been focusing on the design, development and manufacturing of vehicle safety belts since 1993. We are one of the leading safety belt manufacturers in China. Currently, SONGYUAN have an area of about 30,000 square meters for office and manufacturing and the environment is very clean and comfortable for people working here. To meet the needs of enterprise rapid development, a new, modern plant covers an area of about 40,000 square meters is under planning now.


SONGYUAN has many professional and skillful employees, including 18 product and project engineers, 3 senior engineers, 25 QCs, more than 20 well-experienced managing officers and nearly 500 skillful workers in production lines.

SONGYUAN equipped with a lot of advanced equipments of safety belt industry, mainly comprising of Stamping Workshop, Injection Workshop, Assembly Workshop and Hardware Workshop:
Stamping Workshop: 60 different tonnages of Stamping Machines, 6 Progress Die Stamping Machines, 2 Fine Blanking Stamping Machines etc;
Injection Workshop: 40 horizontal plastic injection machines, 10 fully automatic plastic injection machines, 8 vertical plastic injection machines;
Assembly Workshop: 6 manual assembly lines, 1 fully automatic assembly line etc.
Hardware Workshop: 20 machines for tooling processing and maintenance, 30 hardware processing machines etc.
Based on various kinds of advanced machines, our production capatity can reach to 10 million units of safety belts assembly and parts annually.

SONGYUAN emphasizes the Products Quality Control and full equipped with Testing and Inspection Devices. Our products conform to the requirements of GB14166-2003 and GB-8410-2006 (the Chinese Industrial Standard) and passed the Chinese Compulsory Certification (CCC), ISO9001-2000, QS9000 and TS16949:2002.
