MANUFACTURING
Our factory is located amidst a sprawling area of 160, 000 square feet and is perfectly positioned to produce quality products. Our leather cords and accessories production unit has spiral cutting machines, skiving machines, rounding machines, coloring machines, braiding machines, laser machines, electroplating plant and E-coating plant, most of which are imported from Europe and U. S. A. Our bead production unit has sand cleaning machines, drum polishing machines, fire polishing machines and luster / rainbow finish machine. We use most of the chemicals made by the multinational companies and many of them are imported from Europe.
QUALITY
We are an ISO 9001: 2004 certified company. To ensure high quality, we have a multiple-pronged; three stage quality checking system for our products-Receiving stage, In process stage and Final stage. Products are checked to ensure the desired dimensions, design, softness, color fastness and packaging requirement
. ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY
We are a 14001: 2004 certified company. Our products are produced in environmentally friendly conditions. Our leather products are eco friendly, bio degrable, non toxic, lead under 600 ppm, low formaldehyde, P. C. P free, azo free and it meets the German good ordinance effective from April 1, 1996, August 2001 and 2002 / 95 / EC. Our beads are nickel free and lead under 600 ppm.
PACKAGING
We gain an edge over our competitors through excellence in custom packaging. We offer customized packaging solutions to our customers based on their existing logistics plan in order to reduce their logistics costs.
Our blister packaging is conducted in house, which facilitates us in preparing blisters in any size and in any design. We also offer header packaging, card packaging, poly bag packaging, strand packaging, reel packaging, hanks packaging and crystal box packaging to our customers as per their require
