Introduce:: Philco International has been a leader in the plastics recycling industry since 1994. Our 22,000 square foot warehouse and 3 acre yard allows us to service even smaller quantities of scrap. We buy and sell all types of plastic scrap materials throughout the United States and internationally. Although our main export market is in East Asia, we are always looking to expand our customer base. In addition, we have AQSIQ, and can provide CCIC certificates upon inspector approval.
