A cable factory "uzkabel" was built in tashkent and cable production organised on the basis of evacuated "electrocable" plant of kolchugin of the vladimir region (russia).
Now 100% of the shares belongs to the private investors, including zeromax group, INC.. Joint-venture ojsc "uzkabel" being the largest cable and conductors manufacturer in the Central Asia and in the CIS.
The production facilities of the plant allow producing the range of over 2000 cable products applied in various industries.
Joint-venture ojsc "uzkabel" has a production line for casting and rolling of oxygen-free copper wire rods by southwire and continuous copper wire drawing line by camp (italy). Morever, the plant possesses a fleet of drawing and twisting machines, insulating and coating extruders, armoring machines and hydraulic presses for application of lead coats and extrusion of aluminum conductor wires.
