Introduce:

The name of the Company is DANIEL STEEL LIMITED.
The Registered office of the Company shall be situated in Bangladesh.
The objects for which the Company is established are all or any of the following sub-clauses (and in constructing the following sub-clauses the scope of no one such sub-clause shall be deemed to limit or affect the scope of any other sub-clauses) . All the objects will be implemented after obtaining necessary permission from the Government / Concerned authority before commencement of Business: -
1. to setup industries for manufacturing of pre-engineered steel structures for Industrial, Commercial, residential, building and any other steel structural works.
2. to provide complete solution of pre-engineered Steel structure system, undertaking to execute center of design, fabrication, supply, execution, painting, civil construction, electrical works and all others relating to this business.
3. the setup industries for manufacturing of pre-painted and galvanize plain sheets, corrugated steel sheets and forming steel sheets.
4. to setup industries for manufacturing of M. S. and Galvanize round and square steel pipes and any other forming profile.
5. to appoint sub-licensee, agents / sub-agents, distributors for marketing, selling and any other purpose in business.
6. to import all kind of raw material necessary for manufacturing of products and any other materials and equipment deem necessary for operation of the business.
7. to carry all business of the civil mechanical electrical and metallurgical engineer and consultants undertaking to execute contacts to design, plan, build, fabricate, maintain, develop, import, works, control and to manage any building, roads, bridges, railways, waterways, dockyards, sea-port, air port, gas works reservoir electric company heat and light supply works, telephone works, stores and other like works and to contribute or otherwise assist or to take part in the construction, maintenance, development works, and management hereof.
8. to carry on any other trade or business whatsoever which can in the opinion of the Directors of the company advantageously carried on by the company.
