Deva was established as a liability incorporated company on June 1984 as a textile trade and production company. In 2001 Deva entered in construction field and started to build apartment complexes in cities. In 2004 deva invested on its first beach villas project and purchased its land in Nothern Cyprus, Esentepe right on the beach to build value added esates. In 2005 Deva accuired its first marble quarry. And after that over the time till now, Deva accuired 3 more valuable marble quarries.

Currently, Deva, by adapting new technologies and investing on experienced man power continues to build stonger and stronger business structure.
