Introduce:

Duraline India commenced commercial production in 1997 from its state-of-the-art plant at Goa. Through capacity expansion over the past seven years, its current annual capacity is 20,000 MT of polyethylene pipes and ducts. The plant has been accorded ISO-9001 certification. Duraline India is also the first company in the HDPE product industry to have received ISO:14001 certification, which establishes its leadership position in addressing environmental issues.
Duraline India has the largest supply record in the country of more than 120,000 km of ducts and pipes to a host of customers in these areas: Telecom, highways, railways, defence, water supply projects, industrial effluent treatment, agriculture, etc.
Duraline India is also the largest exporter of HDPE telecom ducts, with a supply record of 13,000 km to sophisticated markets of Europe, Middle-East and South Asia.

Duraline India offers versatile and innovative PE piping solutions for water, chemicals, effluent, sewerage, slurry and waste conveyance in diameters ranging up to 400 mm currently. Duraline products conform to latest international/national standards like ISO 4427, DIN 8074, IS 4984, IS 14333 etc. For MDPE/HDPE in PE 63/80/100 grades.

Duraline India also offers Indias first fully detectable PE pipe: Dura-Trac. The fully detectable feature in this pipe addresses the vexing problem of traceability through the quick and precise location of the buried PE pipe.

Duraline India has established Duraline Pipes Learning Centre within its plant complex at Goa, India. Purpose of the Learning Centre is to share knowledge and learning related to polyethylene piping systems. Towards this objective the Learning Centre conducts training programs and publishes a periodical newsletter for personnel from corporates, municipalities, PWDs (public works departments), industrial plants, mining companies, consultants and contractors.

The key achievements of Duraline India include turnkey contracts for Karnataka Government KUDCEM (Karnataka Urban Development and Coastal Environmental Management) Project (ADB-funded) for water distribution scheme covering over 400 km of network in townships of Udupi, Ullal, Kundapura, and Sirsi. This involved the manufacture, supply and installation of HDPE pipe produced from imported compounded PE 100 grade resin. Also worth mentioning are turnkey contracts from Goa PWD and KUIDFC (Karnataka Urban Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation) for Dura-Trac, India first fully detectable polyethylene pipe.
