Introduce:

RJ Engineering Systems offers custom solutions in Engineered Packages, Fabrication, Special Metals including Valves & Bulk Piping component, and Industrial Products. Our projects encompass Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering with an emphasis on the Oil & Gas, Refining & Petro-Chemical and Power Generation Industries. We cater to the needs of EPC companies, Fabricators, Marine Contractors involved in New Rig build and Rig repair as well as Upstream and Downstream Operators.

Our operation is categorized into following Business Divisions:

1 - Engineering Division

One of the key areas we specialize in is integration of specialty manufacturers offerings with custom built vessels or enclosures which conform to custom specifications. Units supplied by us are almost always custom modified to specific application or area requirements. Examples can be Mechanical and Process integrated units as well as Electrical and Instrumentation units such as Instrument and Utility Air Compressor Packages, Nitrogen Generation Systems, Diesel Generator Sets, Start Up Air Compressor Systems, Line Cubicles, Explosion Proof Junction Boxes, Switch Gears & ESD Panels, Navigation and Fog/Obstruction light signaling systems.

2 - Metals Division

Materials include Titanium & Nickel alloys, Duplex/Super Duplex Stainless Steel, Valves (All types), High Pressure Fittings, Structural Beams, and Cables. Metal Types may include: Austenitic (304, 304L, 316, 316L etc.), Copper-Nickel-Alloys (70-30-Cu-Ni, 90-10-Cu-Ni etc.), Duplex/Super Duplex (2205, 2507 etc.),Ferritic (405, 430 etc.), Martensitic (410, 416, 13-4-Cr-Ni, 16-5-Cr-Ni etc.), Nickel-Alloys (200, 400, 600, 800, Hastelloy etc.), Precipitation-Hardening (15-5PH, 17-4PH etc.), Special-Alloy-Steels (P5, P9 etc.), Titanium (Ti-Gr1, Ti-Gr11, Ti-Gr2 etc.). We have also assisted our clients with materials like Al-Br plates, Flat, Round & Square Bars, RHS, C channels.

3 - Valves Division

One of the areas our customers continuously seek us out is for Special Valves. This includes Valves modified to suit Process Conditions, High Pressure/Temperature Valves, Actuated Valves, Cryogenic/Low Temperature modifications, High temperature/Fugitive Emission conversions, Abrasion/Corrosion Resistant coatings on trim and Wetted parts, Actuated Valves-Pneumatic/Electrical/Hydraulic, Stem Extensions, End Connection changes, Trim changes, ABS/IBR certifications. All modifications are done in API approved shops and inspection and testing carried out by authorized agencies.

4 - Fabrication Division
