Thai Duong Investment and Development JSC are a professional manufacturer in Hung Yen, Vietnam for manufacturing PP non woven fabric, non woven products and pp woven fabric and pp woven packaging bag.

1. For PP non woven fabric and non woven bag and finished non woven products,

we have three production lines with capacity of 500tons per month. We have our sewing systems with 300 machines for making non woven bag or finished products made by non woven fabric with capacity of 2,000,000 sewing bags per month, 5,000,000pcs non woven heat sealing bags per month and 5,000,000pcs non woven finished products per month.

We have cutting, drying, printing machines system inside. We have experiences in supplying export products and do OEM or cooperating with trading companies to support them to export non woven products. With high technology and quality, professional services, our products have been high appreciated and believed by the customers and we have been being a reliable supplier for the partners in Europe, American, Australia, Sweden, Switzerland, Japanese, Korean market.... and some others. We have been manufacture follow the quality standard of ISO and Japanese standards. Our non woven fabric have the test certificates of free Azo dyes, Pb, Cd, Formaldehyde, Nonylphenol, Dymethyl Furmarate PAHs which are approved and issued by TUV Rheinland.

2. For PP woven fabric and PP woven packaging bag.

We are proud of being the top manufacturer in Vietnam for supplying all ranges of packaging products as PP woven bag for the fields of manufacturing feedstuff, agriculturial products, food products, sugar, fertilizer, others.... , and PP, PP/BOPP, PE, HDPE.

We have our own machine systems such as: yarn machines, tubular weaving machines, PP and Bopp lamination machines, cutting and folding machines, printing machines, sewing machines.

Our capacity of PP woven bag can reach: 6,000,000 to 7,000,000 bags per month and PP woven fabric can reach 600tons per month.
