To introduce ourselves we are m/s libleo shades a manufacturing& an export company in the business of shades from last 05 years.

Products

We are dealing in all kinds of shades in beaded& non beaded in all kinds of fabrics such as silk, cotton, polyester, jacquards, satin, hand-woven silk, and viscose. We design shades as per customer requirement.

We have a team of 35 experienced staff who are masters in making shades.

Raw materials

All types of raw materials which are used in our factory whether it is fabric, iron, braids or laces are of 100% perfect quality.

Production& capacity

The production involves of making of the frame till the time of final packing. We have full in house production which involves cutting of wire, wielding of frames, plastic coating/powder coating/chrome finish and brass finish, stitching of fabric and making and final packing.

Quality control

We have three stages of quality control in our office. Once the frame is made it is checked for defects like bends and balance. Second stage is when the frame is plastic coated it is checked whether there is any part of the frame which is left without coating and whether there is any excess coating done, if so then it is re finished. This is done to control any kind of problems which may create a big hassle in the end and third and last when the goods are fully packed. We make sure that not even single pcs is delivered of bad quality.
