Introduce:

KPSCB/9121 KPS Consortium Berhad, an investment holding company, primarily engages in the manufacture of various types of tissue paper and tissue-related products, as well as in the conversion of paper into related products principally in Malaysia. The company also distributes and retails wooden doors, plywood, and related building materials; manufactures and sells timber doors, window frames, and other timber-related products; and trades in paper, paper products, stationery, and general household products. In addition, it trades in tissue-related products and plywood. The company was formerly known as Hai Ming Holdings Berhad and changed its name to KPS Consortium Berhad in November 2002.

The Board of Directors of KPS Consortium Berhad (KPSCB or the Company) currently has five(5) members, comprising the Chairman/ Group Managing Director, one (1) Executive Director and three (3) Independent Non-Executive Directors.
