E. F. E. Ventures is a private Entrepreneur incorporated in Nigeria on the 24th of November 1994 by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the Registration No: R0003294, registered office Benin City, Edo state of Nigeria, Head office in Lagos state.
The company has a share capital of N1, 000, 000. 00 wholly subscribed to Nigerian citizens. The company, amongst other things, is involved in the recovery and sale of quality silver to satisfy the various needs of our customers.
Apart from our active participation in the local market our corporate policy is to improve access to foreign markets through the identification of stable and reliable sources and the provision of commodities in good quality to the market.
SUPPORT SERVICES
( 1) Manufacturers representatives: we represent manufacturers and sell their products in Nigeria and West Africa, e. G. Spare parts for vehicles, machinery, herbal remedies, and household items.
( 2) Agricultural commodities: cocoa, cassava, maize. We have a close affiliation with a reputable warehouse under the control of directors of E. F. E which will be utilized once we have opened a letter of credit.
We are planning to export to different countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, the USA and rest of the Americas.
The Directors and Management of the company have strong financial credentials and, along with our well trained and experienced staff members, have been involved in the recovery and sale of silver with minimum of 10 years experience.
Key Members of the Company:
( 1) Chief Enogheghase Aghedo-the Odionware of Ikoha 2, the Chairman and Executive officer of the company. He was a Supervisor with Nigeria Tailorwoodhoo. He is now into the agricultural industry.
( 2) Prince Samuel Enogheghase-President of E. F. E Group of Company. He is Head of market research and also marketing and sales management for the group with 10 years training in silver recovery and sales.
( 3) Mr Peace Enogheghase-a first class degree holder in computer science from the Community Consult Limited a subsidiary of Mushin West, Community Bank Limited. He is a seasoned banker with 8 years experience in information technology which he is using to help modernized the company.
( 4) Mr Famous-an experienced commodity dealer. He is our purchasing representative with the responsibility of ascertaining the quality of our products. He brings professionalism, experience and good customer relationship to bear on the business.
