Introduce:

Value Add Corporation (The Company) is now exporting Japanese Quality- Products, especially Japanese brand baby foods and cookies to China, and steel products & auto-parts to Thailand and so on. Thanks to long time experience of business in China over 17 years, we are enough capable to support both of Japanese companies to establish business in China, and Chinese companies to launch their business in Japan.
The Company opened its business office which was just a small one-room at Roppongi area in Tokyo in May, 2006, while, has moved in 2007, into the building of Kyodo News at Toranomon area, a prime location just in front of the Embassy of the United States and next to the JT building. As its business grows steadily and rapidly, strategic subsidiary has been set up in Shanghai, China in 2009.
President, Shiro Ueda, has been working in Iron & Steel department of 'Mitsui & Co., Ltd., a major global trading company across the world. Ueda was in a position of vice-president of Titan Steel & Wire in Vancouver, Canada for four years which was a joint venture company with Kobe Steel Ltd. And also he spent another four years as vice-president of joint venture called Shenjing, with Baoshan Steel, a leading steel mill in Shanghai, China.
In 2001, he has been head-hunt by Sanyo Special Steel, and took presidency position of China plant as the first president. He made big effort for near to four years to start up new plant from the green field, by forming up new corporate organization, and tying up the relationships with local partner. Then, he finally left Sanyo in March, 2006 and has established his own company named Value Add Corporation in May, 2006 by referring several experiences and human connections obtained in the past.
Main streams of the Company are Consulting and Trading. Consulting function is to find out potential partner of joint venture for Japanese companies incase being transplanted in China or to find out clients, and for Chinese and/or American or other foreign companies incase launching their business in Japan.
Another aspect is to assist Chinese local government like Chongqing city government, whose mission came to Japan in April 2008 with many management people of local industries in line with auto-parts industry.
The Company has participated by sending speaker for seminar in line with overseas investment, which was held by The Japan Chamber of Commerce & Industry in September 2008.
The Company took part of Education program as speaker for Taiwan government, whose middle level of personnel came to Japan September 2008 to learn how to promote overseas investment.
The Company has been requested to write draft as a part of text book for the members of APEC countries, who expected to educate as-much-personnel to grow up as expert of person in charge to materiali
